All work is made to order and ships within 7-14 days of purchase. Packages are sent Priority Mail USPS and come with tracking. If you are having a custom piece created you will be notified of the timeline, and shipping method in direct correspondence. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Broken product will be replaced not refunded.
